Today we continue our season reviews with one from the 2011 Maxxis British Drift Champion Matt Carter.
The British Drift Championship is getting bigger and better every year, what are your thoughts on the 2011 season?
The 2011 season was great, the sport and the series grow every year, as a driver we are always trying to get drifting known for it to grow.
What did you have to do to prepare for the season?
The car was the main part of the preparation with the new engine, i did not have a lot of time so only had one practise day before the first round.
What was your highlight of the season?
My highlight of the year has to be winning round 4 at Knockhill.
What are your plans for next year?
Not too sure for my plans for next year i have big plans for my car but it all depends on money.
What are you looking to improve on next season?
Im always trying to improve in all aspects.
Who do you think is the driver to watch in 2012?
That is a hard question to answer as there are many great drivers.
